Customers have up to 15 calendar days after receipt of their order to claim a refund by mail:

Shipping charges for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.

Returns: National (Spanish) Sales:

Each item or product must be returned to the sender of the original shipment.

Returns: International sales:

Refunds will be returned to the sender of the original shipment or destination resulting from the return process I as specified below.

Product packaging:

You must use the same packaging of the product and pack the item in the same conditions in which it was received.

Armand Basi returns process:

1. Enter the client area.
2. Go to "My Orders".
3. Click the order number containing the items you want to return.
4. Click the button "return" of the reference number you want to return.
5. Print the document that is generated automatically.
6. Paste the return label in a visible area on the package.
7. Use a shipping courier of your choice, with all postage/shipping costs paid at your expense.
8. Only in the event of the return of a defective product or shipping error, will a refund be made for return shipping costs through CORREOS of Spain and Portugal, or through the company that made the initial shipment. In any event, shipping costs must be paid by the customer. After examining the articles a refund will be made to the value of the original purchase price.

All returned items must be accompanied with proof of payment of return shipping costs.

For all returns, please note that:

• Returned items must be in the same condition as when received.
• In the case of underwear, for reasons of hygiene, panties, thongs, swimwear, and culottes wear a protective device for trying on the garment. If you wish to return these items, it is essential to retain the label and the protective device.
• Once we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and everything is in order we will give a refund for the returned items.


Within 2 to 4 working days after we receive your package, we will verify the status of the returned items and then send you an email to inform you, where appropriate, about your refund.
Remember, that a refund payment will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer in the purchase. The deadline for the payment of the refund will depend on your bank.
If you receive a defective item or one which is not as ordered please remember to include in the package proof of payment of shipping costs. After verifying the status of the returned item, we will refund the original purchase price and shipping costs as appropriate.
